Silver Alert issued for Rush County man
(October 15, 2014) – A Statewide Silver Alert was issued Wednesday morning for a 53-year-old Rushville man.
Howard Bullard is a white male, five feet and seven inches tall, weighing 190 pounds.
He has short brown hair and brown eyes. The tip of his right ring finger is missing, and he has a long scar on his right calf.
It is unknown what type clothing Bullard may be wearing.
He was last seen on Tuesday, October 14th, 2014 at 8 a.m. in Rushville.
He is believed to be in danger and in need of medical attention.
It is believed that he is driving a 1998, green, four-door Honda Accord vehicle with Indiana license plate 973NCN.
